For over 19 years, I've helped organizations decide what to change and then get it done. I started in management consulting, leading multi-million-dollar technology projects in telecommunications, healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing.

I then spent six years in technology leadership at a large domestic airline leading an IT strategy team, managing engineering teams, negotiating vendor contracts, and facilitating a department-wide transformation program.

More recently, I advised customers moving older software into the cloud, used AI to streamline support processes at a startup, and coordinated cross-functional programs.

Through it all, I keep seeing small businesses face big decisions where an outside perspective from someone who's been there can help. That's why I started Rangefinder Advisory.
